Product Goal

The goal was to improve the user experience of the IZNES customer onboarding platform for asset managers and investors, by simplifying the design of complex data capture and making it more consistent with our other products.

Activities

Visual Design and Prototyping

By incorporating the output from journey mapping and user testing, I was able to create a new design for the onboarding module using a wizard pattern to simplify the process and provide a better experience. We then re-tested the prototype to validate the designs.

Software used: Abstract, Sketch, InVision and Zeplin.
