The CFT Admin Portal is a product that enables the Client Facing Technology team to provision users to the platform, manage subscriptions and permissions.

Persona Workshop
I conducted a series of workshops with the product team to try and get a broad understanding of the typical users of the product, these findings were then collated as a foundation for further research.
Prototyping
Working closely with the Product Owner and initial wireframes, I provided the design and interactive prototype to present to the Client Facing Technology team.
Software used: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD.
