RPD is a product for Client Services Specialists to survey and assess client risk exposure and create improvement plans to mitigate risk in a collaborative workshop environment.
I interviewed a number of our Client Services Specialists located in the U.S. who were the primary users of the tool and also observed them using the existing product to discover their goals, pain points and typical scenarios. We also discovered that the users had to do alot of manual data processing outside of the tool, which we were keen to address in the new product.

Sarah provides consultancy services which include creating custom risk analysis for her clients. She has years of experience and uses multiple tools and documents to complete here analysis and risk improvement recommendatiosn for her clients.
She values the importance of her work and the accuracy of the risk analysis and recommendations she is creating. Her final deliverables to the client include summaries, charts, graphs and reports.
Working closely with the Product Owner and client teams, I created the visual design and prototypes using our defined corporate standards and presented this to senior stakeholders for feedback. Based on our user research and persona goals, we tested the prototype on large displays with Client Services Specialists.
